Check once, then set a reminder
- Identify your collector. Check the company name on the bill or bin. For shared bins, ask your landlord or building manager.
- Confirm the address, date and bin type. A general area timetable or a neighbour's different collector is not enough. Read the latest holiday notice too.
- Save the confirmed schedule. Set up BinDay reminders and reconfirm if your provider changes the route.

Irish bin-day questions
How do I find out which bin goes out tonight in Ireland?
Find the collector named on your bill or bin, then check its current calendar for your address. Confirm both the date and bin type. BinDay links to official lookup tools above; a town or Eircode match alone does not confirm your household collection.
Can I check my bin day without an account number?
Greyhound has an address-based calendar lookup. Some other providers require a customer login or account number. Use the lookup instructions above; if you do not have your details, contact your collector or the person who manages the bins for your property.
How do I check bin collection in Dublin?
Start with your waste provider, not just your Dublin postcode. Different collectors and routes can have different collection dates on the same street. Choose the provider on your bill, open its calendar and select the correct address. For shared apartment bins, ask the building manager which service applies.
Does a bank holiday mean my bin collection is one day later?
No. Some providers keep the usual day; others may collect on the previous Saturday. Festive arrangements can differ again. Check your provider’s current calendar or message before the holiday weekend.
What if the collection was missed?
Check the date, bin type and any service alert first, then contact your collector with the date and address. BinDay can help you find the official contact, but cannot send a collection truck or resolve a provider account query.
