Skip hire and skip bags in Ireland: which bin collectors offer them, and the rules

To hire a skip in Ireland, book it from an authorised waste collector. Several household bin collectors, including KeyGreen, Mr. Binman, Oxigen and Panda, also offer skips or skip bags. If the skip will sit on a public road, check your council's rules. In Dublin City, for example, you need a permit where parking restrictions apply.
